The title of an artwork
Picasso’s heirs didn’t allow to place texts covering Picasso’s artwork. But then, how to print a title on the cover? We introduced a PVC-jacket, which was completely folded around the paperback with flaps. Having this jacket printed in silk screen, the publisher has his title on the cover. On the six scored lines of the PVC-jacket, we created folds in the transparent crystal clear material, by use of heat. We even made ‘flaps-around-the-flaps’ to prevent the jacket falling off too easily. A comic description (but that’s not the point), just enjoy the movie.
